I held off all day telling myself I don't need any of these CF cards, but kept being drawn back to this posting. I am only so strong and could not stand the thought of missing out on this deal. When they are this cheap after Live Search, what was I going to do? Should I have waited until they were less than a dollar? Perhaps I can give these out at Halloween. Finally ordered three of the 8GB as I didn't want to wait on resupply on the 16GB. Thanks OP. |

Anyone know if Adorama will honor their own price drops and credit you back? Do they have this internal price drop policy? I ordered some SD cards and then next day they dropped about $12... |

The 16 gigabyte Compact Flash Cards are out of Stock at Adorama and BandH. I ordered from 17th street photo for the same price, but had to pony up twenty bucks for shipping. Still, as a wedding photographer with a 5d mark 2 on pre-order, 48 gigs for $65 is a blessing. Thanks OP. |

Sorry, 8GB won't work with 20D... Seriously, got my last Sandisk rebate: Shipped 9/24, arrived 9/29. $75 visa card won't even fill my gas tank... |

Just a few quick updates from previous rounds of the Sandisk rebates: 1) Ordered from Adorama with a slightly different SKU (4gb SDHC). Worked fine, rebate received. 2) Placed a second order under the same promotion number, same items, same store (4gb SDHC, Adorama). Worked fine, rebate received. 3) Placed a second order under the same promotion number, different items, (4gb CF, 4gb SDHC, Beach, Adorama). Worked fine, rebate received. While I haven't yet tried to get more than 6 cards during any single promotion, all of the rebates that I submitted were processed and received without any issues. For this period, I've already done 6 x 4gb SDHC and just ordered another 3 x 8gb CF. Not expecting any problems. Also, knowing Adorama, just print out and save their offer. If you have any issue, I think they'll make good on it (unlike Beach). My only issue is that I'm NJ and have to pay take at both Beach and Adorama. Sucks when the tax is more than you're actually paying for the item. While I bought these cards for my Nikon D200's, I find it quite amusing to put one in my old Coolpix 2100 (2.1 megapixels) and watch it figure out how to deal with it (works, but pics remaining display is funky). |
