Lowe's Here in San Antonio, Texas is clearing out the Firestorm tools (A product of Black & Decker). The tools I bought in combo packages were a lot cheaper then anything on the internet. But I find also that one store would sell one Firestorm 4 pc combo tool for $105 and I bought mine at another store on the N Side for $85. So you can also call them as I did to ask what they had on sale. The 4 tool 19 volt cordless combo i got had the, Laser 6 1/2" Circular saw, Drill (w/440 lbs. torque), light, hand vac (not really that hot of an item), dual 18v charger, 40 piece accessory kit (drill bits and screwdriver bits) and TWO - FS18BX batteries, and a nice bag to put everything in.
They had the dual 9.6v-24v dual charger for $17.16 and real nice deals on other tools, but I ended up buying two combos. Some Lowe's store will ship for a slight fee but depends on the store. Call and ask for their great deals. But watch it as some loose tools they want more then the combo. Guess it depends on the people who price them.

Lowes does not have a store policy of price matching on clearance items but the store manager can do what ever he/she wants to do concerning pricing of clearance items. Lowes wants it gone. If their bonus that month is based on sales and not percentage of profit, he/she will sell it. You give them a number/offer. If you can tell them that another Lowes store is selling it for a certain price then the manager that's a bit insecure can use that to tip them over to a decision. You can tell an employee or zone manager a price you will give for a clearance item and it doesn't cost you anything. If they say no to quick, ask them (acting like you have the rest of the day to wait for an answer) to ask the mod (manager on duty but they will think you know more than you do when you use their terminolgy) if they will take your offer. Yes, I buy lots of clearance items from Lowes. THEY WANT THE STUFF GONE!

Prices for the sander I want even on clearance is the same prive WalMart charges for an identical item.
