Admittingly not the greatest of movies, however maybe we will finally see the better HDDVDs finally go under $5.00. In today's Dallas Morning News the Fry's ad has Clerks II and Pulse on HDDVD for $2.99 each, as usual may be in other areas as well.

I'm amazed you can still find HD-DVDs in stores... Great price for those who decided to keep their players (thankfully I did not)...

Im glad I kept mine because it plays DVDs very well.

Actually I think Clerks II is a great movie.

I can't think of another movie that deals with how tough it is for guys who are friends for decades and get split up by one getting married and moving away. It's difficult to lose a close friend and yet guys have to pretend to be happy about it.

And the donkey scene is funny as hell.

Clerks 1 and 2 are great.....too bad this is not a Blu-Ray deal.....both excellent films.

Well, it's not a Blu Ray deal. Thanks for your input on the movies!

Risky quote given the vast majority of people here haven't seen the movie.

Its no surprise you can still find bluray in stock everywhere, since they're so overpriced on hardware and discs.

Frank Booth: What kind of beer do you like to drink, neighbor?
Jeffrey Beaumont: Heineken.
Frank Booth: Heineken? F*** that sh**! Pabst Blue Ribbon!

The forum was moderated by the CS Staff and I nearly got fired from my job at the Computer lab because no one had seen the movie. It got worked out, but quoting movies to people who haven't seen them is a tossup whether you piss them off or not.

As to the actual movies, Clerks was the best and Mr. Smith has ridden those coat tails forever, but no, Clerks 2 was NOT a good movie.
