I love this thing. I got it about 2 months ago. To be honest, I actually find myself using it more for fruit smoothies than alcoholic drinks. I get the bags of frozen fruit from the grocery store. It makes perfect smoothies with no ice chunks. The above poster was absolutely right about the shaver being the thing that makes this work so well. This was one heck of a deal! Strange, this is obviously an awesome deal with 20+ positive ratings, yet there is one negative rating from user, cedarperra. He likes to "red" for no reason or if you disagree with him. Good post mastavic!!! keep up the good work! |

It's not just a blender. I have one and love it! Makes very smooth drinks, the margarittas come out perfect! You can't duplicate the results with just a blender. |

The top part of the machine just holds the ice so I just take out the unused ice cubes carefully (the blade is right there). You can unscrew the plastic piece that spins around and wipe the inside dry with a paper towel. After I pour the drink out of the blender, I rinse with hot water and then fill it up with hot water. After I've enjoyed my drink, I go back and wash the blender jar and the blender lid right away. You can unscrew the bottom of the blender jar. Takes all of 5 minutes to to the whole thing. One thing I would suggest is that if you re-blend, put a paper towel over the top of the blender lid as sometimes the liquid shoots back up through the hole in the lid. |

When it comes to washing these things, one word of advice is that wash them as soon as you are done using them, if possible. It's the leaving it out for a while that makes these types of products difficult to wash. |

Just from my experience, after a few strong drinks out of this thing I'm in no safe condition to wash anything that has hidden sharp blades. I've sliced my finger twice on mine |

Just got off the phone w/ CS. They told me that mine will be shipped out tomorrow. My conformation said that it was back ordered and would be in on the 15th. Can't wait to whip up some frozen drinks w/ it. |
