MicroCenter.com currently has the Antec Multimedia Station E-Z for $11.99 with in-store pick up (you can pay shipping charges and get the item shipped to you). There is currently a $10 mail-in rebate for this product, making it $1.99 after rebate. The rebate expires today (October 15th, 2008). If ordered online, $11.99 $5.99 shipping - $10 rebate = $7.98 AR. Still cheap.

Thanks for the heads up; I've edited the first post of this thread to reflect that information. I actually kind of lost track that we're already halfway through the month of October =P

Pretty good deal for a IR remote. Too bad 5.99 shipping kills it for those out of store distance.

what's the distance on IR?

Is there a remote included? (Antec website shows a tiny remote)

I have too many remotes and will not need one. But, for those who are not thinking about to buy this:

THIS IS A IR RECEIVER. SO IF YOU HAVE A PROGRAMMABLE REMOTE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE IT AGAINST THIS RECEIVER. THOUGH ITS CHEAP IT CAN STILL WORK WITH YOUR HARMONY ONE AND NO BODY COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE.
