I was at B&M today looking at 294684, which was the only B&M computer with 24" other than a Gateway that would not boot in La Mesa, CA. HP was, I think, $1349-$150, $1199 through 11/11.
Saw a nice rig at Fry's for 1199 plus $529 for the 25.5" monitor. Q9300, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, NVIDIA 9800GT. Nice computer; any comments?
Costco was Q6600, 4GB RAM, 640GB HDD, NVIDIA 9333, gigabit Ethernet, but +a 140 or more for wtty similar to Costco, so $1900 plus tax for a very good system, I think. Monitor was HP W2558WC, I think.
