Just took a peek at the LA Times and saw this on today's ad (Nov 12, expires tomorrow). Item #5329938, $19.99, which was not found on Fry's.com. So I believe this is B&M for SoCal locations only. Oh limit ONE (1) per customer too.
It's an ECS G33T-M2 microATX motherboard with G33 & ICH9 chipset, supports C2D or C2Q. DDR2-800, 4 SATA, one 16x PCIe, one 1x PCIe and two PCIs, also integrated video.
Didn't found this board on the Egg so I am not sure what the reviews are. But for that price? Can't go wrong for building a cheap system. Also, the ad also says "See Store for Details on One-Time Intel processor deals." So I assume there is a sales on Intel stuff going on right now.
Someone go to Fry's around SoCal and check it out?
It's also available in Bay Area of Northern California.

I have this board for my projector's HTPC. Works great - no problems. Paired with a C2D E6300 and a Radeon 2600xt. Good stuff. Would be a great board for an unraid server too!
Confirmed in Houston. They had at least 6-8 when I picked up one this evening at the Houston are West Rd location. Just no e4500 or e7200 for the combo deal. There were just q8200 for $129.99 processor motherboard combo deal.
I picked up one with the e4500 for $49.99. The cpu alone normally sells for $99.99. 14 combos are available through Thursday only. My Fry's is in Austin Tx.

Got one from Frys today. There are a lot of returned units there luckily I found a new one.
If you're looking for a great overclocking mATX board, you might want to consider spending a little more on an open-box Gigabye GA-G33M-DS2R from Newegg. I know, I know, extremely YMMV but I got a brand new board (complete with box and accessories) for $60 shipped just last week. Running an E5200 at 3.6GHz

Plus Frys started opening returned items to make sure everything's there - even when the customer hasn't opened them. Pretty dumb since now it's indistinguishable from something Joe the Plumber tried to use for his first build before giving up...

ECS boards are ok... they work but are not optimized for performance.
for the price... you can't argue
I've used many ECS boards for several years now, none have failed and they all POST'd first power-up
