Yes i did. signed up, and made purchase on 16th and 17th. When did i said i did not sign up or purchase before the 18th? Anybody has a pdf copy of the flyer?

I am having the same issue. I had two different AMEX cards... I got $20 back on one in two days after my second purchase. But on the second AMEX, it does not show up (second transactino on 12/11). The reason is, this account has two cards and unlike my first AMEX account, we used one card each time (me and my wife) to make the $40+ purchases. When I contacted CSR, they said, it will just take time (4-6 weeks), but they will come through. I will wait till end of Jan and call them back.

DairyMTU, did you have the same situation... used to different authorized users cards to make purchases on the same credit card account?

so what you are saying you used 2 different card fot each $$40 purchase? you needed to use exactly same card for both purchases for this promotion.

Yeah we were able to get the discount for each authorized user account. I was able to do 12 of them all together, of course I have quite a few AMEX cards. A bummer I had just recently closed 4 or 5 AMEX business accounts that would have gotten me an extra 80-100 bucks. But still a NICE bonus. THANKS AMEX and Wal-Mart!!
