WINDOW ONE CARE

I have this anti virus and recommend it. Nice interface and works very well with a Vista platform.

Link took to Staplez and shows $39.99 before $25 instant rebate and $20 MIR, effectively making it -$5 in theory. However, cant figure out how to get the IR to apply and don't want it bad enough to figure out so thanks but no thanks.

excellent for helping turn those ink rewards into actual cash.

Where are you getting "make $20 "? The math I'm using shows you make $5.

it's make $5 or $25 actually. $25 if you do the upgrader rebate. When you click the rebates at the product link there are two:

1 for the product

and 1 for the upgrader rebate

Make $25 with upgrade! I'm in.

thanks OP. looks like $20-25 in pocket.

Bought two copies. Have 4 computers, all coming up due on their subscriptions pretty soon and I'm sure I can "sell" two subscriptions to family members cheap. With ordering two, shipping was free, and rebates don't say anything about one per household. I probably only have enough information to submit for one upgrader rebate, but at least it looks like I'll MAKE some money anyway.

Math is... $40 - $25 instant coupon - $20 Staples rebate - $20 upgrader rebate = make $25 before S&H.

SHIPPING APPEARS TO BE FREE FOR EVERYONE ON THIS!! YMMV.

I also have this software. It works great. Thanks, OP.

Not showing for me. Is it dead? Staples doesn't even show it listed

OP link works just fine for me.

Thanks Mr. C! I have an unused copy of OneCare that I got FAR as Amazon filler. Tried selling it at yard sale for $1 and no one wanted it.

surprising, it really is a nice software. Even if they have no clue what it is, comes in a Nice pretty box too! LOL.

no limit on upgrade rebate ? am I reading it right ?

heads up..seems like the rebate processing company is rebatestatus

http://rebatestatus.microsoft.young-america.com/entrypage.asp

file for bankruptcy

no it's not. youngamerica is not rebate status, it's not a Tempe, AZ address to mail in the rebate.

they just use rebatestatus in their web address because it's just that, ck your rebate status. It's NOT part of the company that filed for bkcptcy.

Don't install this; just buy it to make the money on the MIR.

AVG Free significantly outperforms One Care:

Comparison of Various AV packages

In for one! This'll be great for my parents computer.

(I have a mac..)

Do they have a similar test for Vista?

Is this also available in store? or only online?

Got mine in-store but the cashier had to do a little research before it went through.

She said I couldn't get the upgrader rebate too because I didn't also buy the tax software.
I didn't want to argue with her ( and hold the line up much longer) and I just said "we'll see about that"

Thanks, great find!

my upgrader just showed up on the web and although it says the check was received (a day ealier than the regular one), it is being mailed out a month later than the other one. go figure.
