It is limited to 1 coupon per person. This is how MC has done it in the past too. 1 coupon means just that: 1 coupon total. It doesn't mean 1 coupon per item.

Disconnect = $40 * this MAY be possible to get waived or may not apply at all to RETAIL purchased devices, and you CAN avoid this if you call to cancel on the very day your contract expires, to avoid paying a cancel fee or anything for the next month. Hassle? Sure! Save you $40? Yep!

Monthly fee = 14.99/month for the lowest "normal" service; or if you don't actually want service you can drop to a $4.99 "incoming only" plan and end up paying $7-8 a month with taxes and junk fees. Figure you're probably around $95 total with taxes and fees on the 4.99 plan.
Total with the 4.99 plan if you're just after the discount:14.99 plus 30 plus 40 plus 95 = $180 or so, so you're making $60 on the deal. This goes up to $100 if you can remember to cancel on the exact date of contract expiration to avoid the $40 fee.

It is also possible to avoid the fees and contract altogether via some method, but on the other site people haven't been very specific about how to do that.

It is further possible (I.E. I have done this personally) to cancel Vonage prior to your full term and pay nothing, but this involves mailing equipment to them and really being lucky with the phone person as far as not having them try to claw back the bonus.
