This deal is definitely hot. The newer cameras, the ones a lot of folks will be getting for Christmas and Hanukah, require Class 6 memory cards like these. Class 4's are too slow for the larger picture files. However, since it's posted on both SD and Fatwallet, the website is going to explode at midnight. I'm going to try,of course, but I don't have a lot of hope that I will score. |

On the rebate form for the 8GB it says the part is SDSDRX3-8192-A21/ SDSDX3-008G-A31 which is the 30 MB/sec SD chip.
The SD chip that is going on sale is the -A21 chip which is the 20 MB/sec SD part which is much less expensive.
If you buy the -A21 part you're NOT going to get the rebate for the -A31 part, trust me on that one. its either or. the 20gb/sec or 30gb/sec |

FullfillOrGetSued said:Be very careful. The RitzCamera "deal" is a 3-pack of 4GB SD cards, not the SD cards indivdiually packed as required in the rebate form. The prodcut number shown on RitzCamera is different from that of the rebate form too.
chinkdup said:saw this on sd while trying to relocate this thread, thought it was the same deal: http://www.ritzcamera.com/product/MEMCFOFFER08.htm http://www.ritzcamera.com/product/MEMSDOFFER08.htm
already live, in case you guys don't want to wait for buydig
edit: free shipping is only for purchases over $100 But right on the Ritz ad and on the receipt it says "free after rebate" which means if you don't get the rebate, Ritz either has to make good on it or you can protest the charge with the CC company. The key is to send in the rebate form right away so that if you get rejected you are within the window for charge backs. I think the Ritz deal will go through just fine, as will the buydig one. |
