The Beach and BuyDig.com deals at midnight seem to be dead now that the price is higher. I found that the prices are the same at B&H and there is 2-3% live.com CashBack. Only downside is there is a small shipping charge ($4.95 for me).

Reseller ratings for Ritz are horrid and seem to have a lot of "bait and switch" tactics. I'd rather pay the same price or a couple bucks more to go with B&H with has fabulous ratings.

Not bad OP! But I'm still glad I got in on the Buydig price last night. I was up until 1:30 this morning but I finally got the order through...I'm paying for it now at work since I'm very tired...but it was worth it for getting 3 cards for free!!
If only BC or BuyDig ships them, Based on yesterdays Calculuation there were atleast 50k Orders between them, which translates to 50000x3 = 150k SD or CF cards. I dont think BC and BuyDig carries that much amount. I am expecting a cancel notice. let us see how it goes

What is this mystical "Calculuation" of which you speak? I think you ate too much turkey.

Exactly. Do a search, folks. Beach ran the same deal back around the 17th. There were many of us who ordered then, and STILL don't have our cards. I can't see how, if Buydig and Beach can't fill orders from the 17th, they are going to fill tens of thousands of orders from today. I like Buydig, but this is pretty weak.

LOL, In the buydig thread,there were few posts with time between their two orders and difference in order numbers. Between 5 mins of my two orders, the order number went up by approx 1800 . I just guessed 50k based on 1.5 hrs of heavy buying between the sites.

The * Mfr# * SDCFX3-004GR is not same on the rebate link for this card.
Rebate form states SanDisk Extreme® III Compact Flash® 4GB* SDCFX3-4096-901/ SDCFX3-004G-A31
Not sure if the rebates will be honored....
The 004-GR is the same as the 004G-A31...
These are the same product #'s over at Beach and Buydig....this came up in previous deals with Sandisk and all the rebates were paid. Additionally, the rebate is advertised on those products.

To repeat what spot run said, the model number of this is NOT what is stated on the rebate form. SDCFX3-004GR is what they are selling but SDCFX3-004G-A31 is what is mentioned on the rebate. These companies are always looking for the silliest of reasons for denying your rebate so beware.
quit belly aching, on bh the 2 cf cards have links to the rebate.. jees.

I just bought 9 cards from B&H...not like I need them with 4 4gb and 4 8gb already owned...but I have decided it is good to have a memory card in every bag, glove box, etc. after showing up somewhere a few weeks ago with out a single memory card. Anyway, when I got my receipt from B&H, it doesn't even list out the extra long product code. Of course, the UPC has to match, but I don't think this is a problem having done the San Disk rebates before just like this. Thanks OP!

It's working correctly now for the 4GB Compact Flash. Got my order in. The mfg number at Adorama matches the rebate form precisely. No need to debate, go for it!!!

Don't worry about the rebate...I did the same deal earlier this year and there was the same discussion about product #'s. Received my $300 Visa GC no problem from Sandisk. Rebate was processed fast with no issues. You're dealing with two very reputable dealers that are authorized and the rebate is linked to the products on their site. Nothing shady.
Just scored 3 of the 4GB SDHC cards from B&H for FAR +4.45 shipping. I have ordered many things from B&H before and never had a problem, and FAR is always good.
