Deal just worked for me.. free shipping shows at the end, but you must have an Extras card entered. $10 Mastercard and $5 hot shows up before end, but additional $10 doesn't show up until check out.

After you click VERIFY ORDER - You will have a button to enter two PROMOTIONAL CODES

Ordered 3 packages of contact solution link. Total was $50.97. All promotions applied for a total of $25.97. When I clicked "finish" order, my order confirmation page showed $40.97 for the total. Basically it took off the Mastercard and the $5 promotion. CVS customer care gave me the $10 back as a statement credit but said they couldn't do anything about the $5 credit. So ended up paying $30.97. Still a good deal.

Didn't you pay for $41.21 / 160 diapers = $0.26 per diaper, or did I miss anything?

FOR ME HAD TO ADD CREDIT CARD INFO AND THEN PUT IN MASTERCARD COUPON CODE TO GET LAST $10 TO SHOW...FREE SHIPPING TOO!
