I placed the order online on 11/29/08, forgot to buy and add the 30 off 150 coupon. Can I ask Staples CSR to add it for me now? Thanks in advance! |

No. I've never had any luck getting coupons applied afterwards. The only way would be to do a return/rebuy but if you do that you won't have date of purchase on 11/29 and you'll no longer be eligible for 2 of the rebates. |

techy said:TYOP. Used both 30off150 and 9 dollar off. Submitted SER already. How did you get SER accepted? I was only able to submit for offers 08-32903 and 08-39521. When I tried 08-39506 or 08-32941, both came back with this message: We need more time! If the offer number entered is correct, please return when you have received your product to submit for your rebate. Tried both yesterday and today with the same results. Update Dec 10: Now all of my offers were accepted online, validation in progress. Guess they had some glitches earlier. |

Anyone else gettting emails for the EASY rebate saying "Invalid All required products were not submitted" Been holding for an hour with Easy rebates. They say I need to send in more imformation. Update. Now they say I need to submit UPC. Never have had to do this with easy rebates. Am I incorrect? |

Clearly they have a problem with NIS. In the last email I got last night after adding a bunch of SER's (intially I only added the Kaspersky rebate), it showed NRTN INT SEC 2009 1-3-PC 63259 in the list of products. So the system obviously knows that I bought it. It's not my problem that their system is messed up. I have no intention of mailing in rebates. |

Will need to call SER. Called SER, in 5 minutes everything was manually validated. The CR said, somehow purchase of NIS was not recognized. |

The rebate calls for a "original or copy" of the UPC, Proof of Purchase so a scan of the Proof of Purchase (presumably inside the top flap) would be much appreciated. I'm trying to not open the box so that it can be more appreciated by someone when i give it to them.... but get the rebate today. |

I don't know if it is a coincidence but I emailed SER this afternoon about my NIS rebates, and I just got emails saying that they are valid. I haven't gotten email saying that they did something so I am not sure if it was due to the email or not. Update: not a coincidence, I got email saying they fixed it. So I guess if you bought NIS, call or email to have them fix your rebates. |

I am not absolutely positive but I'm not aware of any that needs a Taxcut POP. The Proof of Purchase requirement is from the Norton products, and it is the original, not a copy. |
