The terms at the bottom of this page state:

The maximum amount of Cash Back per PayPal account is limited to $50 USD. The Cash Back payment will be deposited into your PayPal account by January 31, 2009.

The following transactions are excluded from this offer: PayPal Mobile transactions, PayPal Plug-In transactions (formerly named: Virtual Debit Card), gift certificate payments, PayPal Debit Card payments, automatic and/or recurring payments that you have scheduled, and PayPal Plus Credit Card/ eBay MasterCard payments not made through your PayPal account. If the payment is refunded or cancelled at any time, you are not eligible for the offer. If the payment is refunded after you receive the Cash Back, PayPal will deduct the Cash Back amount from your account.

PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify part or this entire Offer at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. This Offer cannot be resold or transferred.

Thanks OP. Just in time to do some holiday shopping. This offer combined nicely with Fat Cash (4 percent) and a coupon offer from Overstock for an additional 7 percent (Coupon Code 135835). I am not sure if the 7 percent coupon is a "one time only" use or not but I guess its worth trying. Free shipping today sweetened the deal even further.

Is Paypal broken? I've been trying to get this transaction to go through for an hour and I keep getting a, "sorry, you can't use Paypal right now, but choose from one of our other fine payment options" message.

I used one of the coupons from the Overstock coupon thread, and got 10%, rather than 7% off. Just something to consider if you're making any more purchases.

Seems like there should be some excellent deals with stacking coupons, paypal CashBack, and FatCash...

Found this coupon code (134877) for 10 percent off elsewhere on Fat Wallet.

Got my 15% just a day or two after my order shipped. There's still one or two things that haven't shipped (Dark Knight DVD is one), but my Paypal account has the funds from the transaction.

Funds sent to Overstock.com on 12/2, Cash Back from Paypal on 12/4.

Now that's fast.

Use coupon code 134868 FIRST, to get 10% off the total purchase. You will need to go all the way to the last page of check out and click on the box "use promo code" then click back (to the previous page) and refresh so the 10% will show up. Then proceed with the checkout via PayPal to get your 15% CashBack.
