Exactly...thats what happened to me. I am not placing the order until I see the discount on the final "submit" page - so that i can take a screenshot and be sure about that

sorry about that guys/gals. The discount showed up when I logged into paypal, but once it looped me back the discount was not there.

Oh, so if its "on-sale" and not regualr price, the paypal coupon will not apply?

Can this be used with MS CashBack at eBay while choosing paypal as payment option?

Note the Valid only for items labeled "Pre-order" or "In Stock: Usually Ships in 1 to 2 business days".

Some things I have tried are "Usually Ships in 2 to 3 business days" so didn't work.

I'm thinking this was targeted...I tried a bunch of different items but even though the carts shows the coupon applied, it never makes it to the final checkout confirmation. It may be tied to specific PayPal accounts which explains why it (supposedly) works for some but not most of us.

I am still waiting too but I just read this on their site:
# Step 4 - Select the quantity of each line item you wish to cancel from the drop down menu under "qty" and click "Request to Cancel". Please note that this is a request only. Your item may enter the shipping process before we can cancel it.

They better credit my order and not ship it.

didn't you see the coupon under the promotional items portion of my receipt? That's proof enough for me I should get the discount.
