The $15 coupon link, which everyone is playing with, appears when you add a Kingston Data Traveler, from the Buy.com PayPal Weekly Specials page, to your cart. If it used to work with other items, it wasn't supposed to, and they fixed it.
$15 $5 $10 $20 Coupons were only meant to work on this stuff: Paypal promo deal link.. No great deals there.

It appears that the link to the coupon is what happens if you add an item on the paypal sales list to your cart and then click on the link to the coupon. Here is one for 20.00 from a monitor. It won't work with anything else.. 20.00 coupon

Make sure the seller is Buy.com.

I'm getting a funky bug where after I put in paypal info and choose payment option, it takes me straight back to my shopping cart.. seems there's not way to fully check out.

It's working with Blu-rays
AND
Ipod accessories

The coupon is showing in my basket with my total. Make sure you click on "redeem," and the coupon should show up as an item in your cart.

Just make sure it's sold by Buy.com, so many sold by "Deep Discount."

I might have to create another paypal account for this.

That is what I am seeing also. The URL generated comes back ending in ErrorTrue or something similar.

i love how they intentionally price things so that you can't combine 2 things to be >$15

and when you do, it's somehow not applicable to the coupon

also, when determining amt to qualify for the coupon
they go by the AFTER rebate amount instead of the actual amount you have to pay...GAY
