I usually don't post Woot deals, but I think this is a really good deal. Froogled

Features

* 5 flexible outlets separate cords that are all adapter spaced accommodate multiple devices without crowding
* 15 amp circuit breaker, Safeguards against overburdening the surge protector by sensing when the connected equipment is drawing more electricity than the surge protector can handle. It then disconnects from the power, guarding against electrical fires
* Master on/off switch controls power to the outlets on the surge protector
* Power indicator light, indicates that the surge protector is drawing power from the AC outlet

Green for deal, Green for all you post iceui2, and for GREAT VIDEO! I am gonna poor out a little liquor for the lives lost to greedy B&M shoppers. My mother is retired and now does the very job that the WM greeter did. It SICKENS me to here of the tragedy.....

in for 3
thanks for the tip

Is this worthy enough to trust with your expensive home stereo equipment?

Anyone willing to plug their LCDs or Plasmas into this thing??

I don't know if a 15 amp circuit breaker is adequate enough...does this have any surge protection?

With all these doubts and questions, i'm in for 3 anyway in the FW spirit.

From what the Woot forums are saying, there is no surge protection.

Thank you Ice

these are the most handy dandy items for plugging in the "wall warts" I have 5 or 6 wall warts at my desk and they constatly fall out of the surge protector if I move it at all. At work we zip tie them to the surge strips, but these are great since they dont take up many outlets at all.

OOS

Target has them for 9.99 each in store (lowest I could find). I need a few of them and missed this deal and the Buy.com deal. Anyone know of a cheaper price?

Anyone know of a cheaper price?i was at target last night and saw them down to $6.98 (reg. $9.99) on clearance. i guess they're considered to be a holiday item since all holiday items were marked down 30%.

From what the Woot forums are saying, there is no surge protection.

So just plug the squid into your surge protector. /eyeroll/

I got 4 of these for $5 each on a Staples clearance table last year. They are indispensable crazy useful. This is a good price.

Amazon had one for $10 shipped today... Thanks OP!

For anybody that missed this deal, wants more, likes black, or really wants surge protection, Sellout.Woot has PowerSquids tonight for $4.99 each (so three of them will be $19.97).

(Thanks again OP, for both threads!)
