Lately, in Denver, your Arby's receipt has a survey on the back that you can fill out online in a few minutes. Gets you a free sandwich on your next visit. So this deal ends up being two sandwiches for the price of a coke. This receipt survey might be nationwide. Dunno.
I used my coupon yesterday and the bacon-cheddar-whatever was pretty good; which is saying something, because I despise Arby's. Thanks for the info, I'll go back
don't worry, you don't need to actually say "change my burger!", they just give you a free one (got a small drink b/c of free refills) No embarrassing catchphrase required. I got the bacon and blue, which was decent w/ one disappointment - I was hoping for cheese crumbles, but it was basically smothered in generic blue cheese dressing. Other than that, it was tasty. I'll use the coupon tomorrow to see how the other ones are.
I used a coupon yesterday, had the bacon and cheddar. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. I probably wouldn't get it again. Though I do like their normal roast beef sandwiches.
Also, I tried to order a small drink, they said I needed to get at least medium to use the coupon, so I said OK. It seemed like they gave me a large, I swear the thing was like 32oz..
Tried my luck at the Alhambra, CA store. I received the E-Mail and gave them the catch phrase, but they would not honor it. They said a coupon was required. I checked my E-Mail and there is no link to a coupon. Now that I found the coupon on this site, I will have to go back and give it a try tomorrow.

I was in an Arby's in Beavercreek OH and they turned away two people who did not know the phrase. It was funny, the cashier was just doing her job, but it was counterproductive to the promotion to confuse and annoy customers. Blue cheese was good though.
