Awesome price. It seems to be the obsession with some people on this forum to stress how everyone needs to get a better, more expensive product when it comes to electronics. $250 for a receiver of this calibre is very good. While at some point the soon-to-released 607 with go on sale for less than $400 - it might not be within a month. For most people, $250 for the 606 and an extra $150 into speakers will yield a better result.
