Free cookies at Subway, at least at select locations in the Boston area. There appear to be many other cities returned too from a Google search of "Subway Free Cookie Day". YMMV

I wonder if this can be combined with the BOGO coupon (from a different thread)

wonder if you can buy $30 in GCs and get $10 free!! THEN you could use your BOGO's another day...using the GCs of course.
Texas (Austin) is not allowing the Chic-Fil-A discount. They told me it was a misunderstanding and never have or will offer that

Stackability confirmed at lunch today. The server automatically brought the $10 gift card with my check. My total amount was even less than $25 and she still gave me the $10 gift card, because my total before the BOGO was over $25. YMMV on that I guess.

No go at Mt. Laurel (NJ) Chic-Fil-a. Told a couple co-workers too, so I felt like a jerk...

Will never return to another Chick-Fil-A.
instead of complaining here and never return call his/her manager. chick-fil-a has some of the best customer service there is and they will take care of it for you for sure if the manager really did say "oh well" to you. i'm thinking there's more than there is to this story, tho.

She actually said "Sorry" instead of "Oh well", but it might as well have been the same.
PorStaker said: Whole Foods will pay your sales Tax at the California and Reno, NV locations. Essentially a 9.5% discount I thought I read somewhere that they backed out on that. Can anyone confirm? Besides, food item is not taxed (at least here in CA) so it would've applied to only a few items.

Go jump on Halo 3...you can get all the teabags you want...(or is that teabagged all you want?)

Papa Murphy's in the Oregon area are selling large pepperoni pizzas for $5; they are also selling their chocolate chip cookie dough tubs for $1.99. I think its about a 50% discount for both. (Limit 2 on pizzas, not sure about the dough.)

Hi,
Which Papa Murphy's location? I called my local one in Damascus, OR and they didn't know what I was talking about?
Thanks,
Julie

No go at ChickFilA in Corona. They'll give you a free breakfast sandwich if you mention the promotion though.

I went to Chick-Fil-A in Marlton, NJ specifically to get the deal and forgot get a receipt. Probably has something to do with doing my taxes until 3am. But if Mt. Laurel isn't participating they probably aren't either so I fell better now. I did get a flyer promoting free breakfast on Wednesdays 6:30am to 10:30.

I hear a lot of people want to teabag their senators and congressmen.

My Chick-Fil-A had their billboard or sign say "Need a Tax Break? Eat more Chicken" I thought for sure they were running the promotion. Went inside and I was told only 4 Chick-Fil-As were doing this promotion in Ohio and were not one of them. The sign was false advertisment if you ask me. Just a ploy to get you in.
so you spent about 20 minutes because you did not get your receipy to get a free meal? wow, gotta love a guy who sticks to his principles. By the way, you probably took off a day or two off your expected life by getting so upset over not getting a 'free' $5 meal. Glad to see that you are a rational individual. Learn to take a loss and you'll enjoy life much better.
Just kidding. Sue the bastards for running out of tape. Second thought, LOL.
