I got the second confirmation today without the sack order status as well. Hope it comes next week.

when are we suppose to receive the phone? i got a phone call from Chase fraud department saying that bright*something* tried to charge the card but with a wrong expiration date. how can they mess it up wtf

After playing around with it all day I can safely say it will not be an iPhone killer. The main thing that bugs me is the touch screen isn't as sensitive as the iPhone so you have to push a little to get a response. It may just take some getting use to, but I'm really annoyed by it. Some items have to be double tapped. I have yet to find the option to change it to a single tap. The keyboard is really nice. Have to get use to the space bar being on the right, though. Not sure I want to keep it. I wonder how the Palm Pre is because that was my next choice if I didn't like this one.

i can't believe these phones are selling for $750 on eBay. i have to call nokia to ship my phone and sell it too lol
