WITH houses going for $1 to $100 seems like not many will have the $10 for these..

You obviously know nothing of what you are speaking of. 95% of the ticket sales of sporting events come from the surrounding suburbs. NOT people actually living in the city. Of course the city officials and media would NEVER say that.
