Just got an email from Bing that I could request my CashBack yesterday (Sunday). I am having them transfer to my bank account directly, so I will report back once it's in my bank account. I went through Premier and had to email them for the CashBack to show up in my CashBack account. It was all very painless.

Update (8-16-09) Got my Bing CashBack deposited into my checking account so all is good.

I got my CB today and terminated my contract with ETF of $170. No hassles. Easy way out.

WOW .... totally shocked. Just got the "come claim your $209" email from Bing for TWO iPhones on ONE order for 2 new lines purchased off Premier site. Never expected them to pay for TWO because the "rules" said only 1.
