me too. I got the info packet but no pillows. I didn't get charged on my CC too. Wonder what happened

I got the packet but no pillow. My credit card was charged though so I don't know what's going on. I might have to give them a call to see why they haven't sent me my pillow yet.

I received the packet a few days before the pillow (I got the pillow today, well worth it!).

I just got the pillow in the mail! It came in an official white Tempur-pedic box via UPS Ground.

The thing that I don't understand is why they didn't send us the UPS tracking number when they had our e-mail addresses on file already.
