Just called and placed my order. Tempur-Pedic uses a third party tele-service (West Corporation)to facilitate the order used in infomercials. The order is then placed with Tempu-pedic in which the S&H will be billed through. I did not provide them with phone number or email address. I did provide them with my cc billing address. I hope they're not going to send me a bunch of junk mail after I get this pillow. Rodney (rep) said the pillow should arrive in 2 weeks. I will keep an eye out on my cc statement to ensure that shipping charge is accurate.

Note: Beware of these free offers because if you pay shipping with a credit card, lots of time they will subscribe you to some sort of trial membership crap that they will charge you $99 for membership fee. You can cancel any time of course but it's a freaking hassle to do it.
