I just ordered one. It's one per order, not per household. The operator told me that if I wanted more than one, I just need to call back and get another free information kit.

sounds good, i paid about $130 each for two queen size pillows 24x12x4" locally , so $11 for a pillow bigger then 1 tenth the size is a good deal.
would love to get the whole bed for less than $1K (king size)

They could subscribe you, except for the fact that it would be illegal to charge anything to your credit card w/o your knowledge. I only heard about penis shaped pillow over the phone. Nothing regarding a trial membership.
