you may want to edit cavier to caviar in title. otherwise, it won't come up if people do a search for caviar.

the first warranty exchange netted me a drive that was broke...supposedly getting a shipping label from them so i dont have to pay to return the broken drive they sent me...if i dont get the label tomorrow (4 days later) i'll call'm again on friday.

Just called them....apparently, the shipping label isn't MAILED to you, it's EMAILED....and they had entered a typo in my email address last time. got the label now. shipping out tomorrow!
