Thanks OP and albrandwood -- going photoalley + paypal + 7% bing; will update if bing goes through.

Update: while live/bing did not register the sale at first, they sent me an "CashBack notification" email back within 24 hours after I contacted them (and sent them the screenshots). Then a little later another email canceling the CashBack.
After I wrote again, they wrote back saying that the merchant (photoalley.com) not live/bing had cancelled the CashBack and if the merchant cancels the CashBack, there is nothing that live/bing can do...
(FWIW, I did not use the coupon.)

Skulles said:which is faster. Ultra II or a class 6 card?

I believe Ultra II is Class 4.... which makes it slower than Class 6.

Good price even for Class 4. In 4 3.

same here, that's why I went for FW instead of MSCB.

o2blueh2o said:no offense to choolin, but don't worry about it being class 2. it's class 4. ritz wouldn't have the wrong rebate attached to the page. second, the customer service rep doesn't sound like she knows what she is talking about. sounds like she is thinking the name as Ultra II, therefore class II.Someone commented on the Amazon page that the product photo is now showing Class 2 instead of 4.
Also look closely at Sandisk's rebate form and the 32GB SDHC card has the same Class 2 indication (though it still has 15MB/s next to it).
I wonder if this is really a product change, or purely a labeling deal. Things that make you go hmmm...

Surprise to see so many people have problems with CB/Bing. I received over $500 worth of rebates from them in the past 12 months without any problems

I think we're fine too but I have screen shot, PDF of Ritz purchase receipt and PayPal confirmation in case I have to dispute.

Yeap, always print the "soft print" (i.e. use cutepdf to print as a pdf file) screenshot and save a copy just in case you need to dispute.

I can't put the SD card into shopping cart. Is the deal dead?

I definitely trust FW much more than live/bing, in terms of Cash Back.

I'm confused and concerned as well:

Anyway, I didn't click the extra coupon code because it may cause rejection of your bing or FatCash....

I researched this "class 4 or class 2" problem: Apparently, Sandisk did on later product change the C4 logo to a C2 logo, indicating a lower standard. However, the name and part number never changed. Also, the claim "15 Mb/sec" also never change....

I'm worried because I wanted to use this for a new Canon HF100 camcorder, which need a minimum class-4 card! However, I've read good experiences with people using the same card on the HF100, but if Sandisk really did change this card from class-4 to class-2, I'm SOL..

By the way, does anyone know how fast (UPS/Fedex/USPS) Ritz will ship? I ordered last night, and need the cards to get here before next friday for a trip!!
