Hmmm...found something interesting when researching this mower. If you live in San Joaquin Valley (Central California) you can get one of these for $150, but you have to trade in a gas mower. It's part of their "APCD Clean Air Program".
I have a Black and Decker 19" battery-powered model and I'm very happy with it. Power is not lacking at all. To be honest it does cut a bit unevenly, one problem is I need to sharpen the blade. Another is that due to the design of the deck and the blade, really no matter whether you have a bag on the back or not you are actually mulching much of the grass since it doesn't seem to always flow into the catcher chute perfectly.

All in all I love it, I'm very glad I got it.
If I recall correctly, B&D has better rating than this Neuton by Consumer Report.
