**DEAD**: We’re sorry, but the item titled Kensington Bluetooth Stereo Headset - Over-the-ear is no longer available and has been removed from your cart.
Also, Amazon reviews are not nearly as favorable. Buy.com reviews look bogus.

I can add to cart just fine. I didn't do a complete checkout though.
i've noticed that Buy.com reviews are always a few notches higher than Amazon and the rest. Not sure if they're filtered or whatnot, but I always read reviews elsewhere before trusting Buy.com reviews.
I was able to check out just now; many other review sites have pretty high ratings on these, so I'm cautiously optimistic. Here's hoping that the iPhone 3.0 software A2DP works as advertised, because I hate using the wired headset when driving.
Reviews on this one seem good on Buy.com and Amazon etc. Somebody claimed it was a rebadged Southwing SA505. (not sure persoanlly but they look the same) The BT headphones have always been pricey and in some cases unlreliable (or they break) I had several creative ones break. In any case for 23 bucks I give this a try.

Mine certainly is not listed and it is fairly recent, so, I would agree that there is some filtering going on with Buy Reviews! Oh, and correction to my previous post, I only paid $25 back in early May. Older deal.
For whatever reason there are no professional reviews of these I could find, but quite a few reviews from semi-professional sites.
Amazon's completely non-professional reviews are pretty mixed. Some people only get like a 3 foot range out of them, others get 30. Some people get tons of cut outs and static, others say they're rock solid. Some people say the microphone sounds tinny or like talking from far away, others say it's clear. Basically, the story of every Bluetooth device out there. I wonder if it's the quality control or just the general poorness of Bluetooth technology.
What the heck, the price is right, I'll take a gamble on these. Thanks OP!
I bought these back when they were $25 from Buy.com. I was iffy about them at first, but after I got them, they are actually really good for bluetooth headphones, sound and all. The mic is quite quiet though, and you find yourself having to speak rather loudly for people to hear you if you are outside or in an area where it isn't quiet. But for listening to my music from my phone and having no cords (with great battery life), I couldn't be happier.

BT is really funky IME... being so low power, it's not surprising that experiences would vary widely depending upon the conditions around the user at the time.

In that thread Buy's filtering was discussed.
Buy.com used to be called Red.com because whenever Buy/Red deal was posted, the deal was immediately got Reds. This started after the Connect 3D rebate fiasco.
The set I had performed poorly cutting in and out with my laptop on my lap! In contrast, the jabra (mono) earpiece I use has more range and clear sound. The Kensington did set up seamlessly with windows media player and the buttons did work properly. I never got to using the mic since the bt testing module showed it had poor performance. Note: I paid $25 shipped from Buy in early May, so not much of a price drop to be considered a hot deal. Still good if you can get a set that works. Just an FYI for those that do bite, I do remember reading a review (Amazon maybe?) where the reviewer reported that the headsets can be overcharged and hence damaged. HTH George

I bought these the last time a deal came around.
Good set of headphones for around the house, sound great, last forever, all of the features work as stated.
Working out with these things is a bear, since they hug your ears, they get extremely wet - but they stay put.
The WORST thing is they are THICK. I'd say from 1.5 inches to 2. It looks like you have earmuffs on. I am too embarrassed to wear them outside, so their uses are limited.
GeorgeGarman said: Anybody get theirs yet? I was wondering what you thought of the quality and if my set was just defective. ThanksI got mine. Sound is loud and clear with no cutouts or static even from about 5m away.
Seems like Bluetooth audio either has universal quality problems or universal compatibility problems. I'm not sure which.

I just got mine yesterday and tried it out a few hours ago. I charged it up fully as well. Out of the 5 test calls I made, all 5 times I was told I was barely heard. Went on Buy.com and printed out a return label!
