ThanksI got mine. Sound is loud and clear with no cutouts or static even from about 5m away.

Seems like Bluetooth audio either has universal quality problems or universal compatibility problems. I'm not sure which.

Yeah, I RMA'd mine. Said it needed the packing slip, but they took mine without it - as they should since it was the correct product, just poor!
