No luck in my area (someone had called ahead and put the last drive on hold, tyvm). Managed to find 640GB WD External hard drive for $66 in-store: Link shows as $84 online. As always with Clearance items, its YMMV. Used $10 filler (50 pack HP CD-R) and $25/75 coupon I got off eBay for 99¢ to get it for $42+tax.
Got one at the Springfield MO store. None on display, but they had one in the back. No problem getting them to accept the Friends & Family PDF coupon. Never occurred to me to ask if they had anymore. Thanks OP.
Save another $5.00 with Customer Appriacation coupon to make it $44.50.
This is a CLEARANCE item I found at one store, so what you find elsewhere is anyone's guess.

Being a senior member you should at least know the difference between a SKU # and UPC # . It is the UPC code you posted NOT the SKU #. "ShakuniMama" living up to the name

If anyone is interested, there is one left at the Dickson City, PA Staples as of about 4:30PM EST. They also had no issue taking the coupon linked to earlier in this thread.

I tried a few stores and none had it here in West LA. I went to the one on La Cienega (near the 10) and they said they had a couple but they were damaged items. Probably BS by the manager.

went to the mission valley san diego Staples and guy said last one went out this morning (didn't have transportation till around 2 though) :/ on way home stopped by the santee Staples even tho it wasn't listed as having any. they didn't. they had the signs up for the 640GB WD External hard drive for $66 but even that was out of stock. q.q I was hoping to get one of these to go with the wd hd tv media player I ordered a few days ago. Thanks for posting the info. An 8MB cache & green RPM seems like this will be good for a TiVo which is all I wanted to know.
