Agreed... The coupon has PETSMARTS name on it, not Petco
All the PETsMART/Petco I've been to will accept competitor's coupons. When you go to Petco/PETsMART and use it they use the competitor's coupon key and enter the value amount.
If you are unsure you should call Petco or PETsMART you want to go to if you're worried about being rejected. I thought it would be common knowledge from past Petco/PETsMART threads. It's not uncommon to take competitor's coupons for business sake.
Just an FYI...the Petco in Gainesville, FL has told me repeatedly that they do not accept competitors coupons. Will gladly use it at PETsMART though, so thanks OP.

Call their corporate office or send them an e-mail. They will remedy the situation for you in short order. As Petco closed their B&Ms here (while PSmart opened more), they are not wanting to run off customers, I can assure you of that.

Petco stores are nasty and horrible prices even with a coupon. I think I'll use it at PETsMART..

Guess that is why they closed maybe 6 stores here while PS was opening more? PS is really hood about taking any coupon you take there, they have a pretty helpful staff at the 3 locations that I shop at (the one that is closest to where I am headed for something else.)

I used it again last night too. When the cashier scanned the coupon a message popped up saying the coupon was expired. He called a manager over and she quickly did an override and accepted the coupon. It still scanned as a 15% off coupon for me.
