I thought it over and called and cancelled my order (they delayed it again to the 20th) this morning. Verified online it was cancelled and then I received this about 30 minutes later: Dell said:Dear customer,
I am sorry to inform you that Dell has canceled your recent order for a Dell 2130cn printer due to an error in how your final order was submitted. It appears the duplexer was removed leaving the printer well below the correct price. The promotional offer provided required the duplexer be included with the purchase of the Dell 2130cn Color Laser printer. Accordingly, there should not have been any reduction in the sales price when the duplexer was removed from the order.
As indicated on our web site, as well as in our catalogs and other advertisements, Dell reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from errors. Because of the large difference in price, we have not reinstated your order, but we invite you to visit Dell.com to re-order at the correct price or call 1-800-999-3355 and a sales representative will assist you in placing a new order.
We value our relationship with you, and regret resulting inconvenience. So I guess either way, I decided and Dell decided no color laser for me.  |

Earlier today I rec'd the cancellation email too, but just now I rec'd an email asking for permission to allow order to be held until 7/20 ship date, weird. |

I got the cancellation email too, but i just got an automated call telling me it was on back order if i wish to accept the new delivery date (July 20th) "push 1" I pushed 1, let's see what happens. Probably be canceled but what the hell . . . and i just got the email for me to give permission for the back order date too, i replied yes to that also |

Got the cancellation e-mail as well, followed by another moving back delivery to the 20th. Status @ Dell website shows delivery on the 20th. Cross my fingers and wait... |

Received the Dell cancellation e-mail today, followed by Dell delay notice with confirmation required, followed by Dell e-mail acknowledgement in response to my e-mail confirming my authorization for delay. Logging in to my account, order status has now changed to Canceled ... |

Ordered mine on the 5th, received it on the 8th. No duplexer, but I really didn't think I'd get that lucky. Smaller than their old 3000cn series, which I have. I would say it compares very favorably. Glad I got in on it early, because I thought about waiting until the holiday weekend was over, but it seems they might have cancelled the order. Thanks OP! |

I placed an order for 3 on July 4th and I recived them on 8th. I haven't check if they come with the dulexers yet. will check tomorrow. |
