you may "have been there, done that." But you obviously "have been there and done that" wrong.

also used the same credit card for all purchases.

was going for 4 and sold out after i clicked submit. so only 3 this time around

Yeah you got me there. And you got them. Did you get your three this time?
I had three browser(installing opera but didn't make it) open with all address ready... and I f'ed up on the 1st one cause I had a master card instead of a visa.

$3.99 for customers 501-1000
$4.99 for customers 1001 and over
