I'm not sure when I'm going to get mine; I ordered it in the afternoon on the 7th. Strangely enough, I saw a phantom charge on my account for the exact amount of the purchase last night, but it's gone now. By phantom, I mean it said that my available balance was less than my last balance by that exact amount, but it wasn't actually listed as a charge anywhere. |

also where did you get the price of 71.99? it's going for $99.99 before mail in rebate. $71.99 is the price on my order at the time it was made, which is now different if you look on their site. Here is the actual pasted content from the order...math is HARD (esp for me apparently) Item Number Quantity Item Description A2391143 1 GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896 MB PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card 20% off select laptop and desktop accessories for small business - $40.00 Additional 10% off select Electronics, Software and Accessories - $16.00 A1502086 1 550 Watt VX Series Power Supply Save up to 20% on Select Power Products! - $20.00 Additional 10% off select Electronics, Software and Accessories - $8.00 Order Subtotal: $215.98 Shipping and Handling Total: $11.99 Shipping Discount: -$11.99 Tax Total: $15.12 Total Amount: $231.10 Then you subtract the rebates (one for vidgie card and one for PSU) from that total of course... |

Thanks a lot! Did anyone else ever resolve this? I think I'm having the same problem. I've tried both Firefox and IE, but I can't get my invoice. Edit: And also mine allegedly shipped today, according to the status page. No tracking info available yet though. |

Hi Mr XXXXX, Good day! I just would like to inform you that your order is still on backorder and the earliest possible estimated ship date is on July 15. I will continue to monitor the status of your purchase and will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
I am cancelling mine - no reason for waiting... and the rebate will most likely expire. Called on mine, told me 7/15, rec'd it today, overnight shipping for free. |

SpiXe said:Does a printed invoice come with the package when its delivered? If not, can someone describe link per link how to get to the invoice page? Find the confirmation emaail they sent you and click on the order number (which is a link to the Dell site) This is actually the page that is linked from elsewhere on the site that mentions printing your invoice, so I plan to use that. It has everything: order number, date, price, total, purchase ID, address, name, etc. Also: How can I request a copy of my invoice? A Your invoice is sent to the billing address on your order and should arrive no more than two weeks after your order is delivered. If you haven't received your invoice within this time, do one of the following: * You can simply print your invoice by signing in to "My Account": 1. Click My Account and then sign in with your e-mail address and password. 2. When you're successfully signed in, click Order Status. 3. Click your order number. 4. In the Order Information section, click Invoice. * You can also request a copy of your Invoice using the online form. Go to the Invoice Page to request that a copy of your invoice be sent to you. It can take from three to five business days to process your request. |
