You have to be redirected to the site and use the coupon code there. The paypal coupon box is only for "paypal" coupons which are few and far between so no merchant coupons would take in the paypal box. When you continue back to the site you'll see a coupon box there in which it will work. I've used paypal with no probs.

Same here. I bought a 7 port usb hub form DX and it is crap because like you said, it will just randomly disconnected your stuff!
