1. Print the coupons at home. 2. Take 5 cards and 5 coupons to the register at a time(choose a teenager if one is working as they will read the coupon and see that there is no limit)(more than 5 requires a mgr approval) 3. Use a different credit card for each transaction as $200 plus multiple times at a grocery store trigers fraud monitor on most cards(citi especially)
If they are out of the cards ask the manager for a rain check. They were happy to do it for my wife!
*** In true FW fashion you can take the coupon to Kroger and they will accept it. I only saw Shell when I did it this morning. ***

Important notice:
Read the fine print of the Shell card:
For those who bought tons of Shell cards, make sure you use each card at least once per every 12-month period. Otherwise you are charged with $1.75 inactivity fee per month!
BP card seems fine.

Thanks OP,nice find. For those looking, it is on page 10 of the weekly ad that runs July 9 through 15. You can print the coupon, but it should also be in the ad in the stores. The biggest problem may be that the stores will run out of gift cards...

They *should* do rain checks since it is a sale item in their ad...just not sure since it is a gift card though.

rain check would simply be on the coupon itself so it should be OK. ALSO! remember, you can pull BP/Shell gift cards off the shelf at another store (Kmart, CVS, etc)....since they are not activated they are worthless. Just take it to Publix and buy it there to have it activated.
PS: check with other store manager/cashier at CVS/Kmart if it's ok if you take one or two so they don't think you're shoplifting. again, the cards are worthless until activated, they are just a piece of plastic so they may not really care. YMMV on this method if Publix is out of them!

Awesome, I'll have to stop during my lunch break and pick on up. Thanks! Wonder what their sub of the week is this week...their new $5 whole sub promo is a tremendous deal. Suck it, subway.

you misread the date The sale STARTS on July 8 or 9 and is good THROUGH July 14 or 15 depending on the start date.
Just stopped by publix and picked up 15 of them. there are plenty left. But I believe it will run out fast. The tricky part is the cashier can only use 5 coupons for one purchase.

There should be no tax on gift cards. You are just buying the amount you want. Though I'm not sure if there are any activation fee similar to AMEX gift cards.
Anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area willing to pick some up for me and I'll pay you back when I get there on the 19th?

Just another note of cost saving, at least with my experience with BP here in NJ. If the station have a cash / credit price, you get the cash price when using a gift card.
