Visited my local store to see if they had gotten more cards in ... no. What is the purpose of extending this promotion when you cannot buy the product? |

Just stopped at the Harbor Shops Publix in Ft Lauderdale. Yes the promo is extended, but you need the orig coupon. Seeing I just landed from NJ, I don't have any orig coupon. Anyone know of any store in the area that will take printout of the coupon or anyone local between West Palm beach to Miami that have extra coupons I can have? Would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks |

Atlanta store #773 toco hills on n druid hillls rd has more than 10 when I left just now. Coupon accepted w/ no question asked & no limit. Atlanta store #664 Lenox marketplace has a bunch last night & this morning when I grabbed a few. They limit 2 gc per cust and associates gave probs w/ coupon not being signed for rainchecks. Had to ask their cust manager 1st even after being told publix corporate extended the sale. |

More updates in Atlanta Metro (Cherokee County) - all this morning 1. Sixes & Bells Ferry - took two coupons with manager approval 2. Hwy 5 & East Cherokee - none left - gave me a rain check and stapled it to the coupons. Had an email from corporate saying they were extending until the 29th. 3. Hwy 5 in Holly Springs - had plenty but the manager said that they will not extend the coupon since they were never out of stock. Didn't feel like arguing so left. But he was right as I got about 8 from them last week. 4. Hickory Flat - out of stock. Said to try back and they will honor original coupon but that the warehouse was out of stock now. 5. Rose Creek - out of stock. Will honor coupon 6. Town Lake Pkwy - OOS - didn't ask. |

I visited a store today that was still out of cards, but was told they'd be receiving more. I was also told the offer was extended to the 29th. |

Wow... finally got my credit card statement in from the gas card spree. Apparently my chase rewards plus still works - got 5% CashBack on top of this. They had been listed as Public (Other) on the statement so I was not expecting this.... kaching! |

Some of us were able to get rain checks for the cards. At each location I went to, I was told I would not need to have the original coupons upon redemption. Unfortunately, corporate is not following this. If you argue enough they will redeem the checks but its a royal pain. The 10 minute argument is worth the extra 50 bucks of gas though. |

I got 2 of these cards a few months back. Turned out, when I tried to use the second one, the pump and attendant said it wasn't activated. I went back to Publix with my receipt, and it turns out they gave me the wrong card. In other words, they rang up two cards, activated those two, but handed me only one of those two. The other I got does not match the "last 4" on the receipt. I did not and have not ever had other BP gift cards, so there's no chance I mixed them up. So I went back to Publix and tried to reason with them, but they treated me like I was trying to get an extra card out of them by lying, showed me the receipt and told me that they couldn't do anything. So I challenged the charge through American Express (which I used to buy the cards), and they just ruled in favor of Publix since they proved that they sold me and activated two cards. What can I do now? I seem to be out $40, as I have no proof that I purchased the unactivated card I have in my possession nor do I have the card that they apparently activated and say they gave me (because they didn't). I'm extremely frustrated. I've learned my lesson that I should match the number on the receipt with the actual card number, but I doubt many gift card consumers actually do that. Any ideas? |
