^^^ Isn't this deal for model # MD4096KD2-800 and not MD4096KD2-800-X4? PNY site doesn't seem to have more specification on the memory other than the usual marketing fluff. The same memory at Amazon seems to suggest a timing of 5-5-5-15.

Funny, I was surprised that this wasn't posted a few days ago when the rebate kicker in, and I was just going to post this
I just bought this in store for $24.99. Fry's Fountain Valley has over 20 instock.
I've been waiting patiently for 4GB DDR2 to come down in price. And, the latest edition of DRAMeXchange.com says that DDR2 prices are going up. I don't think prices are going to be this low for a long time. Get 'em while they're hot!

I was gonna post it a few days ago but it didn't have free shipping. Now with free ship it makes it a really good deal
Is anyone else having problems checking out? After pressing submit it sends me back to the view cart page. I've tried in FF and IE.

Rebate stipulates: Limit one rebate offer per product, receipt/invoice, name/individual, credit card, household, family group, telephone number, email and address.
If I buy two sets separately, using different credit cards, addresses, emails, and telephone numbers, what are the chances that I get both rebates? The language in the rebate can be interpreted different ways.

My order also froze, I called (hey, this is a regularly advertised deal) and was told that it was on back-order (the site still hasn't updated though). The CSR told me that they were supposed to have received a shipment last Sun. (7/19).
From an email I sent about the problem: "We apologize for the inconvenience. We currently are sold out of this item #5939834 4GB (2x2GB) PNY DDR2 PC6400 Desktop Memory. Because of an error on our website, it has not updated. We are expecting this item to be back in stock, however we do not have a specific date when they will arrive. Again we appreciate you patience in this matter."
