In for a pair! Final price for 2 queens is $48.70. I just happened to buy a standard size memory foam pillow last night from Kohl's for 50% off to be a total of $38, guess I will be taking that one back to the store. I really prefer latex pillows over memory foam, and I get two for only a few dollars more!
The Denver Mattress store in our local Furniture Row sells similar queen size pillows for $69.99 EACH. I checked last night also.
