Most other sites I've seen sell these two on pre-order for $29.99 + shipping and up.
For the hardcore Twilight fans (aka Twihards), this would make a fantastic holiday gift. The fact it won't ship until around November 1st, makes it certain your little twihard won't "accidentally" find it, at least not until about a month before the holiday season kicks off!
Edit: Edward and Bella are now not expected until December 1st (thanks taf!) Also, I noticed that the Edward link is going to an Amazon merchant which is asking $52, and I'm having issues getting a link to the product page directly from Amazon. Worst case, if you click the link below "In Stock", you can choose to purchase from Amazon directly for $24.97. Expect to wait until December if you purchase from Amazon directly.

Nope, definitely not part of the promo. Only some of the Barbies are $5 off at checkout. 6 pages worth, here, but Edward and Bella are not one of the "qualifying Barbie items". Bummer-tastic
