Go by the Post-Office and ask for the 'Mover's Packet', that has the Change of Address forms etc. That packet has a coupon for 10% off on Lowe's purchase. Not as good as a $10 off $50, but I use that every time I go (ofcourse, I pick up a few Mover's Packet every time I visit the P.O)

$10 of $50 is a 20% discount. Mover's has only 10%

Just get one of the rolls of 3M painter's tape that has a $10 off $50 purchase coupon on it.

If you're spending exactly $50 it is. If you're spending $200 then the 10% off will give you a bigger discount.

Go to the post office and ask for a movers kit. There is on in there.
Only in select markets. My packets in Greensboro NC, don't have them. They have a slip of paper telling you how to sign up to receive one.
Depending on how much you could save, you may consider purchasing off eBay. Most people don't give away 10% off at Lowes.
Any realtor can get you one. Just tell them to go to Lowesrealtorbenefits.com and they can send you out a coupon. You can typically get two, one as a buyer and another later as a seller. After a few months, they can delete your name and send you another set. You can also get one from Lowesmoving.com but that takes a few days.
There is a $10 off next $50 Lowe's purchase on some packages of 3M painter's tape. I noticed a lot of the packages had the coupons taken off without the $7 tape being purchased first, but I would never advocate that kind of unethical behavior.
