Edit: Aaaaaannnnnnd apparently have no idea what I'm talking about... didn't realize there are 2 coupons listed in the OP. To clarify, the FootLocker coupon is available with purchase. Wow.
Check out the Quick Summary, I managed to track down the $10 off $40 coupon. Sort of. Looks like it expires today, though.

Thanks for the heads up. It looks like 2 packs of sharpies are going back to the store if they don't correct the form. However, three forms printed out for me for the same bill. On top was printed...3x meaning 3 numbers of sharpie
went in after 2pm today to look for something else - was very surprised they still had plenty of stock of most items. The sharpies they had here were the 5pm with a free blue one. UPS was the same and rebate printed out. Picked up 3, however the forms all say limit one.
I'll be returning one and using 2nd address for the other one. Glad I did not pick up to sets of 3...
StinkPot - Just because three printed it does not mean you'll get paid for all three.

if you read the form it says "all purchases must be on ONE receipt, limit one submission. NOT LIMIT ONE SHARPIE. you can buy three, but they all have to be on ONE RECEIPT/ONE SUBMISSION to get paid.

I went in to buy 3 sharpie packs today. Can anyone tell me why a rebate form wouldn't have printed with the receipt? I've never done rebates through OD before. Also, I can't get the form linked above to open. It just opens a blank page. ? Is that happening to anyone else?

Thanks!Did you purchase the correct sharpies? The UPC code should be "0 71641 30665 3".
If you purchased the correct product, the rebate form you will want is at the Office Depot Mail-in Savings Center. Search on SKU 134000 or:
By the way, OD has updated the online rebate form to "Limit three mail-in savings per household/business".
