When you click on it, it did not popup a windows that says 10% as others.
It did not pop up a window that says "10%" but go ahead and go to Newegg, you will have a banner that has 10% CashBack on that session.
Thanks! Been wanting this hard drive for a while. Their 72 hour sale combined with extra Bing CashBack pushed me over the top.
Edit: Though the 72 hour sale was supposed to be 10% ($11.999) and showed up as $10. Guess I should email them.
Edit 2: Ordered, and got the Bing CashBack email for 10% for the $119.99, before the $10 off. Also got an enclosure for my old drive. Cheapest one with free shipping.
I have noticed that the banner doesn't show for me on firefox so i use IE. I don't know if it's because of an add-on or not, but just something to keep in mind if it doesn't work.

Appears to be dead... no longer see the banner in either browser... crap...
It is working. Please FOLLOW OP'S INSTRUCTIONS WORD BY WORD. I just bought a 128GB USB Flash Drive, and got the 10% bing CashBack. Thanks OP for a GREAT post.
Microshaft denied Bing CashBack for my Newegg purchase. I know how this works, did the Live CashBack before and it always went through fine. But somehow they "lost" this transaction and refuse to honor the CashBack. Caveat emptor, others have experienced similar denials. I'll stick with FW CashBack, at least FW's customer support has a brain.

This appears to stack with the $20 off paypal promotion as well. At checkout it said "this purchase is eligible for the paypal CashBack etc.." and I still got my Bing confirmation afterward.

Yes. Newegg is reporting bing to the email you use with Newegg. It works fine. You will see the note just before you submit order stating this.
I use two separate emails and it has worked fine. They will send the CashBack confirm to your Newegg email, which includes a link for you to claim your cash. If click through and login with your Bing account, theres a question asking which account you want to use. Just select the Bing account and you're good to go.

So, I ordered a laptop last night at 2 am & haven't received any emails about CashBack, and nothing is in my pending queue. I use two different emails for my bing account & Newegg (though bing is set up to contact me with my Newegg email account), but I was signed in at bing when I clicked on the Newegg banner & I saw the 10% banner in the Newegg page. But, I didn’t get any notification during or after my transaction.
Should I be worried?

There's something called the State Attorney General and BBB. Use them.

Newegg is sending the email address to MSFT which is same as what you use at Newegg. They say so at the time of submission. That means if you have a bing account which uses different email than that at Newegg, you will not get the notification. You should create Bing account with the same email as Newegg. If thats already the case, you do have some issues as by now you should have received the confirmation.

No. Still at 10%.
If you goto bing.com and search for Newegg, I still got 10%, but it's only 3% now if you go through the directory (was at 6% earlier). Seems double cb was taken away this morning.

You are right. Double is gone but 10% is still here. Probably not for long.
