The website's return policy wording is kind of non conclusive and more about using the return shipping label. Personal experiences making returns?

I wouldnt count on it since in my experience bing cb is not reported until the order ships, you might want to check it with bing customer service though.

They came out with a new update 3.01 so hopefully it fixes the problem with Uncharted. You have to go to system update to download it since it's not a mandatory update it won't make you do it when you sign on.
