Same here in TN and no, they don't charge for in-store pick-up.

MAybe Go all the way to check out and u will see the 11.99 price + tax ?

I paid 11.99/ea for 2. The website now says 16.99 with additional $5 off. --edit-- looks like when they're finally added to my cart they jump to 16.99- that sucks- I'm in WI.
I had a print out of $11.99 earlier from the site. Went to local Sears and ask the CS to see if he can price match. He checked with manager and voila. 11.99 + tax. Hope someone can get that price in store.
in past years Sears would have their detergent half price or 9.99. I was thinking the 11.99 sounded about right. I used to buy 3 or 4 buckets or boxes when they had the 50% off sale. hopefully they will have another sale sometime in 2010 before I run out! thanks op 11.99 would have worked for me
I purchased 2 of these back in January when they had them for $11.99 each. With a family of four, we still have a little left in one of the boxes. Stuff lasts forever and my wife says it works just fine (and she's very picky).
I'll wait for the $12 deal again, though it's still a decent deal at $17.
we bought the unscented for $12.99 recently, we love it, waiting for another sale to stock up. We have a front loader and it has not caused any powder build up issues.
