I signed up, went to the benefits page. I see this paragraph:

...but no link to access a code.

Membership code still works, but not seeing any codes for Amazon. Perhaps I'm stupid and just can't figure out how to get them, which doesn't surprise me, HAHA!

Apparently there was some abuse of the Amazon codes. It's all detailed here on the ECA forum.
