I get error message. This coupon is one use per household. I have never used this coupon before. What is the deal here anyone knows?

Artscow was a pain in the rear. Made several attempts to order something from them last week and just would not work. They still had my credit card info, so I felt as though it would possibly be compromised so I canceled my card. I order online all the time but just had a bad vibe from their site. Just a little FYI, you might have better luck.
Looks like to edit your photos properly you need silverlight installed - or something like that.. I have a Mac, so I don't think this will work.. You shouldn't need proprietary software to crop your photos before printing.. I deleted my uploaded photos..

You canceled a card? You should have said that you lost your card, so your account stays active under a new CC number.
I got in on the 5x7 deal last month. Quality was "excellent". Very nice. Wow, if the 11x14 are as good.. this is a steal.

I can assure you that ArtsCow is a very legitimate site. I have placed several orders from them when they run their specials, and have never been let down by the quality of their product, or their business practices. In addition, many of their products can be great gift ideas.
I've had playing cards and a photobook done by Artscow. Decent quality but not as good (nor as costly) as Adorama. If you want quality, go with blurb.com or Adorama. I've given some as gifts, and am not embarassed by what Artscow did.
BTW, my credit card number was stolen recently. I'm not saying Artscow had anything to do with it because I used that card number at all online sites for years...but if others have the same problem after an Artscow order it would be interesting to know.
I just place a big order, and it has been arriving slowly over 2 or 3 weeks. Their quality is good, not excellent, but you cannot beat the price. Their layout system is a pain and a half, but in the end, I am happy with my order.

I deleted my uploaded photos..Not one to be an MS fanboi, but Silverlight is just the Microsoft-version of "Flash" technology. So if you have no qualms installing Adobe Flash, you prolly shouldn't bat an eye installing Silverlight. Here's a Silverlight download for Mac:
(not sure why FW is choking on that link; maybe because of Apple.com in the URL being auto-linked by the FW system. I left it unlinked so it's usable at least, Cut-and-paste to your browser, I guess)
Regardless, you can always upload your images cropped to the dimensions that you want if you do not want to deal with neither Flash nor Silverlight on these photo sites.
Disclaimer: I run Xubuntu 90% of the time, but dual-boot to my XP system (which has Silverlight installed) to setup/edit orders on Artscow. Though like you, I was very skeptical about them at first. But I've now printed over 500 4x6 prints over the past year using their "free" credits. With the shipping and handling charge, that's about $0.06 per print. Outside of having to wait 1-2 weeks for orders and the kludgy, not-most-intuitive-Artscow-website/UI, I don't really have a complaint about Artscow.com or the prints from there.
I did a deal like this with 8x10 collages. Getting all the pics uploaded and on the collage was a slow & painful process. But I was so pleased when I got the pictures. The results were excellent. Shipping does take a couple of weeks, but it is worth the wait. One hint, be sure to look at your picture in the largest size avaialable on the site before you order, so that you do not get any grey spaces between the pictures.
FYI, just tried to place an order and got this message:
Sorry, orders reached our 5,000 promotion limit, it is now $4.99 for first 4pcs 11x14 posters, and additional each $1.99/each with free shipping.
I've ordered from them multiple times in the past and while the shipping is VERY slow, the items are always gift quality.

PayPal.
Have you seen there steps to try and use PAYPAL. Copy and paste this here, now drag here......yada- yada- yada. Why not just a simple click here to use PAYPAL? That of course would have been my first option. To another poster I did just report the card lost/stolen, my bad in saying I canceled it.
I always wonder.... Is it "Arts Cow" or "Art Scow"?

My credit card number was also stolen. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I placed my order on September 11th. After searching for info on the internet I now realize that this site is not legitimate.
